We provide transparent, trackable shipping for all orders.

• Order Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Transit / Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CET).

• Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Free on all orders (or €[X.XX] flat rate).

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier tracking link.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email support@voverybeauty.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
