Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vovery. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier volume.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all standard orders (or calculated at checkout).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
You can track your parcel anytime directly on our store using our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vovery is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
